Sheraton PGA Vacation Resort, Port St. Lucie

The Mrs. and I needed some time in a warm climate so we went to Florida. My neice recommended this place. We stayed there for 2 weeks following the Thanksgiving holiday. We were warmly greeted at the front desk by Mella and quickly checked in to our apartment. The place was immaculate. Our apartment was immaculate. The grounds meticulously manicured. Everything we needed except for groceries was there. The pool was big and well maintained. If your a golfer this place is for you.There was water pretty much around the entire property so I took advantage and fished everyday. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint and a minor one at that was the thin walls between apartments. We could hear everything going on in the apartment next door but again not a big deal. We will definitely look to stay there again. A+

Mella and the staff are the best. The rooms are spacious. I liked the peace of mind of having a gated entrance. I spent 5 nights there evacuating due to a hurricane on the West coast and it was perfect. It’s got a great pool area. Every possible restaurant, grocery store etc is within a 2-10 minute drive. The staff was so kind, helpful and accommodating. I hope I don’t have to evacuate my home again, but I’d come back (if the storm track would make that prudent). Thanks for your kindness and empathy Mella. Im 100% sure the entire structure is concrete block, not wood-framed like other hotels. We felt completely safe and secure there. No flickers of lost electricity or anything; there were a lot of local power outages due to the tornadoes that come with a hurricane.

clean units, ceiling fans in every room, washer/dryers in unit. Comfortable beds, crisp sheets, plenty of towels. Mella at the front desk was very accommodating, and knew the area well. The Navy Seal museum is a must. Plenty of Restaurants nearby, along with Publix and drug stores.

Spacious suite. More like an apartment. Perfect sized kitchen and large bathrooms. Excellent to have bedrooms separated. Good decor. Not too much and very clean. VERY Loved the pool and the fact that if you stay here you can also go to the resort they are affiliated with called Vistana. You can’t control the other guests, who were awful. Screaming and loud after midnight. I guess some people have no decorum.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely, quiet area with beautiful pool and exercise, activity building to soon open. The staff is helpful, friendly and always available. The units are comfortable and clean.

Interesting place. You can tell it was initially supposed to be a larger time share resort but for whatever reason they stopped at 3 buildings. Location is excellent especially if you are golfing. They are redoing the roofs currently and appears the pool was just completely redone. Clearly putting money back into the resort. We saw several Best Buy geek squad vehicles there setting up new electronics. The room was very clean, carpets seemed newer. Room was perfect for what we needed. Pool area has a ping pong table, outdoor pool table, corn hole, and several grills for cooking. They are finishing up another small building by the pool/office . My guess is they are adding a gym maybe but I forgot to ask. This place is excellent and a great value. I knocked off a star because they charge a $15 “self parking fee”. I hate junk fees.

Nice hotel but the pool area needs serious work. They are doing construction next to the pool and there really is no protection from dirt and dust and debris to the pool, kid pool or park. There were several worms inside the kiddie pool which was an unpleasant surprise. Recommend making a separation between the construction and the pool area.

Loved everything about this stay! It's in a great location off I-95, yet tranquil & peaceful. so many restaurants and shops just 2 miles away. The property has 3 buildings, with 3 stories, plenty of parking, a nice pool area, with a golf course in front. The units are huge! All well furnished, spotless, very comfortable with anything & everything you needed. Fully stocked kitchen, safe, w/d, massage shower, giant screen tv in living room & same in master b/r, oversized towels, super comfortable bed with double king pillows, ceiling fans, screened patio, elevator. The staff is super friendly & helpful staff. Special thanks to Garry, Cherry for everything they do and to Mella at the front desk, who went above & beyond and made us feel right at home!
